The IndustrieHansa Business Academy is an in-house professional training institution, the core of our company's personnel development strategy.

With its made-to-measure training courses, this institution satisfies both employees' needs for qualified further training and the company's requirements for the training material to be geared towards its strategic corporate objectives.

The seminars, which are available to employees of all levels, focus on:

• Project management
• Management skills

These topics enhance employees' social, methodical and technical skills and also foreign language skills. Seminars are supported by professors and tutors from FOM (University of Applied Sciences) and HAB (University of Cooperative Education), with which the IndustrieHansa Business Academy has cooperative partnerships.

Study part-time at IBA

Thanks to our partnership with FOM and HBA, motivated and dedicated employees with a university degree and at least 2 years' professional experience can study part-time for an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in parallel to their ordinary work. The course is taught by university professors with management experience and executives from industry. It includes both self-study via a web portal and physical attendance at classes.
