How can I apply?

What should my application include?
First of all, we need a covering letter, CV and appropriate references. If you already have any relevant project experience, please provide details.

I would like to apply to work at IndustrieHansa even though you don't currently have any suitable vacancies. Can I do that?
If you haven't found a suitable position for your qualifications in our online vacancies area, you can certainly make a speculative application. Please e-mail your documents to: Claudia.Foscari[at]IndustrieHansa.de.

What file formats should I use and what size of file can I upload?
We can accept all common formats, MS Word or PDF documents are ideal. The max. file size we can accept is 6 MB.

How do I know you've received my online application?
You will receive an automated confirmation of receipt in the browser window as soon as your online application data has been transferred.

How and when will I get an update on my application status?
A team of HR managers and recruitment experts handle our vacancies and any applications received. As soon as we receive your application, it will be checked and we will contact you as quickly as possible.

I'm interested in two vacancies - what should I do?
In this case, please apply for the job which most closely fits your skills and personality. Please make reference to your interest in the second position in your covering letter. We will then consider your application for both positions. There is no need to send in two applications.
