To do this we coordinate the people and disciplines involved, such as suppliers, production specialists, repair and occupational safety, with the aim of achieving on-time and cost-optimized project acceptance. We manage the completion of milestones from design approvals and preliminary acceptance to commissioning. Thereafter we work to ensure optimum availability with a continuous improvement process.
