We analyze the organizational and production processes throughout the entire value-added chain of a product - both up to SOP and during the complete product lifecycle.

Our specialists coordinate projects and align them with internal interfaces. They perform stock-takes of production equipment and workplaces and draw up standard processes. Our services also include the analysis of rework organization and the appraisal of contingency strategies and blocks.

Our aim is to optimize productivity, quality and efficiency with due respect for the relevant departments, be it logistics, design or purchasing. To help us achieve this we use REFA and MTM.

Our employees' expertise is the result of the continually expanding know-how acquired from numerous real-life projects and continually updating their knowledge. Some of the real-life projects we have handled include

  • Planned time itemizations of estimated times with customer-specific standard data
  • Analysis of estimated times and documentation in relevant assembly databases
  • Recording and documentation of work progress and analysis results for project management
  • Incorporation of optimizations and forwarding to the responsible process planners, taking account of lessons learned / experience from competitors
  • Implementation of process analyses, taking into account synchronization, work process, the qualities of screws and connecting parts, and the technology used
