We use Finite Element Methods (FEM) and other innovative methods of calculation to ensure an efficient product development process.
This work focuses on:
- the calculation for the entire vehicle
- pedestrian and occupant protection
- system and component development, e.g. chassis and gearbox
We use both elastic and plastic material models for this. Even highly non-linear contact calculations such as examining screw connections pose no problem for us. We provide strength tests and service life inspections in accordance with our customers' design guidelines or official bodies of rules such as the FKM guideline, AD data sheets, DIN, Eurocode etc.
