System integration and testing of air conditioning and communication systems

Modern air conditioning and communication systems simply cannot function without...

Validation and verification

Every development process is based on certain key parameters such as size, weight and reliability requirements. Before a newly developed aircraft is commissioned in series, these requirements have to be validated and verified. IndustrieHansa's experienced integration and testing team supervise these activities during all phases, from planning to evaluation.

In the planning phase we draw up a validation and verification plan that lists all the applicable requirements and describes how and to what extent they are to be validated and verified.

In the next phase comes the validation of high-level requirements as part of an analysis. We analyze whether a requirement is necessary and verifiable.

In the implementation phase we might choose to focus on lab tests, ground tests or flight tests depending on requirements. Lab tests can be subdivided into device, system and multi-system tests. IndustrieHansa's specialist system designers assist our clients with test specifications and actual test implementation.

In the evaluation phase we process the results and securely archive the data – a task that is particularly important in the aviation industry as the approval of new aircraft types requires seamless documentation.

IndustrieHansa's special strength lies in the fact that we cover the complete process chain from planning to archiving.
