Maintenance programs

Maintainability analyses in the early concept and design phase reduce maintenance and repair costs in service and thus minimize unnecessarily high follow-up costs. Reducing total operating costs plays an ever more important role in increasing competitiveness.

Our specialists in Maintenance Engineering have wide-ranging experience in both civil and military aviation. They analyze and optimize complex systems in terms of accessibility, maintainability, reliability and costs. To draw up analyses they use our own tools such as EMMA, AMAM, dVise and CATIA V5 and our own PowerWall with stereoscopic (3D) representation.

We see ourselves as consultants to our clients' design and engineering departments, for whom we produce maintenance programs, provide technical evaluations of modifications, develop requirements for future aircraft programs, and present and discuss work results. Our broad range of services focuses on the following:

  • Air conditioning (air distribution, airflow, temperature control...)
  • Communications / information system (data transfer) / cabin systems (entertainment)
  • Ice and rain protection (for doors, wings, service water...)
  • Water / waste (service and waste water, toilet systems...)
  • Doors (passenger and cargo doors, emergency exits..)
