We perform process analyses and time studies in various production departments using MTM-UAS and REFA. After our results have been coordinated and approved we incorporate them in existing work schedules and document identified process improvements. We also work in the fields of workplace design and complaints processing, identify potential for process improvements, and provide useful information to assist with decision-making in the form of efficiency analyses.
