• Delivery status controlling and availability monitoring, missing parts management tool, records complaints received from external customers, forwards parts to which complaint relates and complaint documents to the manufacturer, and monitors handling of complaints

Material planning and customer service

• Contact for external customers for all quantities, deadline problems and other issues
• Liaison between external customers and internal suppliers
• Coverage checking of external customers' quantity and deadline requirements
• Initiation of deviations in range of coverage in customer's systems and correction of internal order placement situation
• Correct maintenance of basic and order data for the sheet metal parts spectrum in the PM control system
• Checking for process errors and information reports and initiation of all necessary corrective measures
• Triggering of material planning and order process in the parts manufacturer's systems
• Coordination of deadlines with customers on the basis of dispatch priority and arrangement of special transport if required
