Risk management

American author Tom Gilb is credited with saying: "If you don't actively attack the risks, the risks will actively attack you!". Managing risks at every stage is a prerequisite for bringing projects to a successful conclusion. We are fully acquainted with the necessary techniques and methodologies to do this, and can supervise the development and introduction of systematic processes for identifying, analyzing and controlling risks in many different forms – for example by

  • anchoring RM methodologies and processes in the organizational landscape
  • providing training in methodologies and processes
  • identifying, analyzing, evaluating and selecting risks
  • monitoring and controlling risks
  • defining suitable precautionary strategies
  • documenting risks.

We also moderate risk assessments and FMEAs and if required can also help you to select and evaluate risk man-agement software. In our work we use leading tools such as Risk2C_risk to chance and CRISAM.
