Methods for cast parts

Unlike many other production processes, casting imposes few restrictions on part design. This makes casting suitable for very complex geometries – for example parts with free-form surfaces and complicated inner contours.

For this process the part developer and designer can rely on methods and templates, which we develop in collaboration with the customer.

The following stages of production are represented:

  • Finished part
  • Punched blank
  • Blank with inner contour, outer contour, slider...
  • Machining - mechanical, punch...

In our methodology training courses, participants:

  • acquire a practical knowledge of developing methods and templates
  • are qualified to train other staff.

The course takes a workshop format. We also provide additional services to ensure that the methodologies and templates are accepted and put into practice in the relevant departments and that users receive expert support.
