Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) plays an important role in preventive quality and safety management. This method makes it possible to identify weak points and errors in products and processes at an early stage of development or planning, and initiate prompt corrective measures. FMEA can therefore make a significant contribution to reducing development and planning costs and ensuring quality.

On our special training course, we:

  • introduce your employees to FMEA
  • teach them the skills they need to apply this analytical method effectively
  • examine the individual steps involved in FMEA and
  • put these into practice using realistic examples.

This knowledge is an important asset because FMEA is used in interdisciplinary teams. The more familiar team members are with the method, the more effective the results will be.
