Value stream analysis or value stream mapping is a technique for identifying and classifying a company's value-added. This method also opens up the possibility of optimizing the value stream using 'value stream design'. As a result, inventory can be reduced, throughput times can be minimized, and the proportion of value-added can therefore be increased.

Our training provides your staff with the skills they need to perform a value stream analysis and introduces them to the principles and methods of value stream planning. This enables them to identify and eliminate waste in your business. As well as learning theoretical principles, course participants complete practical exercises to acquire the necessary know-how in value stream analysis and design methodology. They also learn about the principles of lean production.
