IndustrieHansa invited to Ford Development Center

"Feel the Difference" – This guiding principle of Cologne-based automotive manufacturer Ford is synonymous with quality you can see and feel, consistent safety, fascinating equipment features and comfortable driving pleasure. It's a promise which is kept day after day in the John Andrews Development Center at the Cologne-Merkenich branch with the development of new and exciting technologies.

The same motto was also the guiding concept for today's meeting. IndustrieHansa doesn't just provide services to enable fast and flexible use of development capacities when resource requirements are at their highest. IndustrieHansa is a partner Ford can rely on.

This was how the IndustrieHansa team, with its extensive engineering and IT know-how, presented itself in the foyer of the building where Ford develops the ideas of the future. The focus was on development services for the automotive product development process. In addition to digital product development, based on the latest CAx technologies, electronic systems, production and logistics planning and the field of technical documentation were the key areas of interest in discussions with Ford developers and visitors. "It's good to know that in IndustrieHansa, our Cologne branch has a competent engineering partner on board who can go beyond focusing on automotive development and also bring synergies from other industries to the table," stressed a number of Ford development engineers.

In addition to technical discussions about detailed automotive issues between experts of both companies, the IndustrieHansa management team, represented by Uwe Hihn, also seemed impressed by the positive feedback given by visitors to the stand: "As Ford's development partner, our priority in innovative product development is helping to make the latest technologies available to people and designing them safely. I'm all the more delighted that we are able to support and inspire engineers and developers alike with our services along both virtual and real process chains."

IndustrieHansa experts are currently working on international future-oriented projects in engineering, training and consulting. The IndustrieHansa "Network of Competence" includes more than 850 employees and focuses on the automotive, aviation and energy technology industries.
