Since the beginning of August, an agreement on comprehensive collaboration in the sector of aerospace exists between the engineering supplier CeBeNetwork GmbH Engineering & IT (CBN) and IndustrieHansa Consulting & Engineering GmbH (IH). Already in November 2008, the CEO’s Dr. Frank Arnold, CBN and Uwe Hihn, IH agreed on letting go both enterprises in their striving for successful growth on common ways. In the future, joint projects in the field of structure design and cabin will be executed for clients like Airbus, EADS and further large aerospace company.
Both engineering suppliers – the CeBeNetwork Group whereof Voith Industrial Services holds the majority interest since 2008 as well as IndustrieHansa – look back on long-term experience and have expertises in the sector of aerospace, automotive and special engineering.
The compiled know how created an excellent and sustainable reputation for both companies. This can also be seen in the fact that the partnership between CeBeNetwork as EADS E2S preferred supplier for engineering services and IndustrieHansa is explicitly appreciated by both companies’ clients. “The challenging market situation within aerospace favour agreements like ours,” says Dr. Frank Arnold, CEO of the CeBeNetwork Group. Since the amount of assigned offshore contracts will increase, companies will have to use synergies in order to face these challenges. Just like Arnold, Uwe Hihn, CEO of IndustrieHansa GmbH, is convinced that a co-operation means a stronger
position towards competitors pushing into the market.
The collaboration will complete the broad spectrum of both companies. Thereby, clients’ demands will be met in a more tightly focused and enhanced way.
