The Joint-Venture SEGULA IndustrieHansa strengthens its position as recognised, transnational service provider

Munich, November 8th 2011 – SEGULA IndustrieHansa continues its consistent growth strategy and announces the takeover of YACHT TECCON’s aerospace business.

The Dutch Randstad Holding nv is the vendor. The sector aerospace represents high-end solutions in the aircraft manufacture, the aircraft development and space.

Therewith SEGULA IndustrieHansa strengthens its position as recognised, transnational service provider in aviation and takes account of the increased customer requirements to project management, increasing project volumes, flexibility and quality.

In this new constellation SEGULA IndustrieHansa is in a position to render services in the areas of electrics, development and design, stress analysis, optimisation and support services such as quality and concession management to customers such as EADS, Airbus, Eurocopter, Astrium, Safran, Diehl Aircabin and Premium Aerotec in Germany, France and Spain.

SEGULA IndustrieHansa renders its value creation at all aviation relevant sites in Europe (Paris, Munich, Madrid, Toulouse, Hamburg, Bremen, Marseille, Augsburg, Laupheim, Donauwörth, Vitoria and Seville) and thereby benefits from its offshore centres in Romania and Tunisia, as well as from co-operations with Indian companies.
