As part of the roll-out of the PLM system Teamcenter and various CAD systems like CatiaV5 and I-DEAS, a leading automotive manufacturer from North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, has ongoing training requirements. It is important that training is not only in tools and technologies. Rather, it is critical to teach the entire interaction of the PLM system, CAD system and customer processes from a role- and needs-based point of view.
