Introduction
An OEM working in eastern Germany was looking for an external service provider who could handle overall project management in the construction phase for building a new paintshop for bodies-in-white. This work is not one of the core competencies of the company and was to be placed with an experienced partner who would comply with the operator's time, cost and quality objectives.
